Mr. Amit Jhaveri, Chartered Accountant

Mr. Amit Jhaveri, a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is the Founder and Managing Partner of the firm with over 35 years of experience. He is rated as one of the acknowledged experts in the field of Search and Seizure and Survey proceedings under Income Tax Act and GST (erstwhile MVAT Act, Service Tax, Excise). He is also well-versed in Direct Tax, RERA, Settlement commissions, Consultancy & representation before Income Tax Department in assessment proceedings. He regularly appears for appeal matters in the tribunal & before appellate authorities. Many cases argued by him have been reported in various tax journals. He has managed several large engagements in India and Internationally across diverse industry verticals such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Chemicals, Retail, Real Estate, Oil and Gas, Automobiles, Entertainment etc.

Mrs. Vinni Shah, Chartered Accountant

Mrs. Vinni Shah is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India). She developed a career in international taxation at Ernst & Young for six years before joining AC Jhaveri and Associates as Partner. Her areas of expertise include International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, inbound and outbound Transaction Structuring. She has conducted statutory audits of companies, partnership firms, trusts, etc & internal audit assignments of manufacturing and software companies.

Mr. Dharmil Jhaveri, Chartered Accountant

Mr. Dharmil Jhaveri is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India) and is also a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), USA. He started his career in audit and taxation in a New York City based boutique CPA firm and then moved to AC Jhaveri and Associates. As Partner at the firm, he looks after GST, appellate ITAT proceedings, and International Taxation. He heads the firm’s Corporate Finance practices including M&A, valuation, IPO funding and roll outs. He is a Conveyor of a South Mumbai Chartered Accountants Association. He has also conducted technical training sessions and peer reviews.
